We all know how frustrating it is once we arrive at our destination. The luggage is almost always late, the drivers are never in the correct area, and you just cannot seem to get where you need to be. For this reason, once you pick up your luggage at baggage claim, it is important to proceed to EXIT DOOR D. At Prague Airport, this exit should be located directly within your arrival terminal. Outside of Exit Door D will be your driver, who will make sure to display a welcome sign which includes your name. At that point, your driver will take you to your apartment to meet the guest manager.IMPORTANT
If you have missed your flight on the way to Prague, it is crucial that you call the phone number below. Unfortunately, without proper notification, we will not be able to re-schedule the arrangements, thus leaving you without transportation. In addition, your transportation fees will still be charged to your account.
LUGGAGE DELAYS
With the constant flow of transportation calls, our drivers cannot wait more than 60 minutes after your flight has arrived in the Prague Airport. If you are having difficulties within the airport, please either call the number below or have someone meet the driver outside. With this accomplished, your driver will happily stay for an additional length of time.
RETURN TO AIRPORT
Are you returning to the same airport? Upon arrival, please notify the manager at check in, so that we can make proper transportation arrangements.
